We’re looking for a highly skilled IT Support Engineer to provide remote and field support for HPC systems and Linux environments. Based in Alexandria, you’ll assist the onsite team and help manage advanced computing platforms.

🔧 Strong Linux (Red Hat) skills required.
💡 Must have solid experience with HPC, Slurm, and Python/Bash scripting.
🧠 Deep knowledge in system operations, automation, and user support.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Remotely support HPC environments & Jupyter systems.
• Help configure Slurm, containers, and GPU drivers.
• Handle software updates and security.
• Mentor junior engineers & coordinate with onsite team.
